We buy denim by the waist measurement, not by the size number. Every pair on this store is tried on, squatted in and washed before it is listed, because a jean that looks right standing up can still be wrong by lunch.
The skirts are the other half of the range: a black midi with a working pocket, a tiered maxi, a fold-over asymmetric cut. Rise and hem length are written in centimetres on every listing.
What we sell
PINYUE CHEN is an online apparel store based at 32c Shantung Street, Mong Kok, KL, Hong Kong SAR China. Our range covers flare and wide-leg denim jeans, a cropped raw-hem jean, plus black midi, tiered maxi, ruffle skort and fold-over asymmetric skirts. Every listing states the fabric, the measurements and the care instructions, and every order is covered by our published shipping and returns terms.
How we work
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch.
- Every order ships with tracking, so you know where the parcel is.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Return and refund policy.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours; if a parcel goes missing, contact us within 7 days and we will trace it.
What we look for
- Rise and hem stated — Waist, rise and hem length in centimetres on every jeans and skirt listing.
- Washed before you wear it — Every denim style is washed once in the studio to check shrink and colour bleed.
- Denim that lasts — Weight and stretch percentage printed in the specs, so you know how it will give.
